INFORMATION

Prince Albert Canoe & Kayak Racing Club began in 1991 but left the CCA before the turn of the century. Beginning in 1993, the club hosted an annual knock-out style regatta to celebrate "Founder's Day." Prince Albert was also the host site for the 1992 Saskatchewan Summer Games and the 1999 Western Canada Summer Games. The club still operates for many years outside of CCA as a member club of Canoe Kayak Saskatchewan. Today, a new orgaization uses the premises and equipment, known as the Kistahpinanihk Paddling Club.
