Main Characters

PRESERVATION
Preservation is the third-born of Conversion's generation and the one who seems destined to heal the poison introduced into the Cycle of Passage. She has a major part to play in keeping Inception on the right path.

SAGACITY
Sagacity is the wisest of the previous generation and keenly aware of the machinations of others. She has second sight which helps her to see future events.

ANTIPATHY
Antipathy struggles greatly with her devotion to Conversion and her desire to see their species free themselves from fate.

INCEPTION
Inception is the eldest of the next generation and feels it is his duty to counter the dreariness of Conversion's world at all costs.

THE SHADES
The Shades are mysterious entities who seem to be always watching and waiting. Their interactions with the immortal beings stir up emotions and reactions.

Supporting Characters

AMPLITUDE

Amplitude is Sagacity's husband and the most sensible of the previous generation. He wants only goodness and peace for everyone.

OSTENTATION

Ostentation is the fourth-born and although he finds himself on the opposing side, his loyalty and dedication to family help him to make important contributions.

MELANCHOLY

Melancholy is the youngest of the previous generation, eternally sad and often forgotten, But her powers of observation are crucial.

CONVERSION

Conversion is the eldest of the previous generation and the creator of the Home World. His long absence creates a great puzzle and much hardship.

CATACLYSM

Cataclysm is Inception and Preservation's younger brother. He finds himself an unwitting hero with a horrible twist of fate.
