in 1900, the above table simply shows the number of
firsts, seconds and thirds based on published results.
If points had been awarded, based on 3/2/1 and only
for offical races (Championship), Ottawa
Canoe Club would have been the champion
club with 10 points.

The Ottawa Citizen, August 3, 1900, states that the
Ottawa Rowing Club would be attending the CCA Regatta
in Brockville. A rowing fours race and a quarter mile
swim were scheduled for the following Monday, August
6 as part of the Bohemian Club's Regatta.
