Tabulation of Points
According to "100 Years of Champions," in 1926, the point distribution was changed to reflect 5 points for 1st, 2 points for 2nd and 1 point for 3rd. However, in the CCA AGM Minutes, the decision to change the point system occurred during the 1927 season with the agreement to retain the original 3/2/1 system for the 1927 year. There is also a clear computation error in the Ottawa Journal. The points totals published don't match the results from the same article...
