Tabulation of Points
Sudbury's points were counted towards the Algonquin Division in 1930, the Western Division in 1931, Algonquin again in 1932 and then Western again in 1933. There seems to have been some confusion as to when the Algonquin Division was retired. In 1935, Winnipeg and Sudbury's points were publically excluded from the Divisional title. In 1936-1937, although referred to as "Algonquin clubs," their points counted towards the Western Division and yet in 1938, they are back in the Algonquin with Temiskaming joining the Northern. After WWII, neither club's points were included in the Western totals.
